All purchase
requisitions for radioactive materials (RAM) must be
submitted to the Radiation Safety Office for approval
either by calling the Safety office or by submitting an
order form at the Medical Center Stores, located on the
2nd floor Medical Education Building. Orders purchased
from the Dental School must call the Radiation Safety
Office for approval for each order. All investigators
making the purchase must be authorized to use isotopes
and order within the limit set for the individual
investigator. |
